on renting out affordable offices and industrial space throughout the Netherlands. 

Its portfolio has a size of about 220 objects valued at € 900 million and
consists of offices and business space.

quickly and accurately attend to all sorts of housing issues of its tenants.

Uni-Invest does more than solely renting out. Uni-Invest jointly purchases services in order to keep the costs for the tenants down (energy costs, for example). In addition, with its expertise and network of relations our team of technical managers can assist you furnishing the new space.
